Where is best chicken parm?

Via Napoli. :)

And for anyone counting - you couldn't pay me to eat at Tony's again..chicken parm, shrimp scampi, salad or pasta. No thank you.

I second, or...maybe third...the Chicken Parm at Il Mulino at the Swan! I prefer my chicken thin and pounded.

I really wanted to love the chicken parm at Tony's, but it was bad. I think they opened a can of generic tomato sauce and dumped it on. Icky.

We loved Via Napoli although the thought of a boned chicken breast in the chicken parm sort of scared me a bit. I went with the sausage pizza which was fabulous.

Also had the chicken parm at Mama Melroses. It was fine. Way better than Tony's.

We gave Tony's two tries and probably won't be back. What a disappointment.

My husband just had Mama Melrose's chicken parm and it was good he said. Also on the kids menu they were nice enough to hold the sauce and only do cheese for the kids. They really liked it.

We ate at Mama Melrose's on 12/15 and I had the chicken Parmesan and it was wonderful!

Each to his own of course but I had the best chicken parm ever on the Disney cruise line at Palo. The majority of people love it. I wish Disney had the same thing at the parks but so far I have not found anything close to it.

Dh had the chix parm at VN a couple years ago and there was no bone. :confused3 I wonder why they would serve it that way. Anyway...it was good. But the sides are weird. When he had it they served a spaghetti casserole type thing. Now it comes with roasted potatoes. What about plain ole spaghetti. It is cheap enough;) that can't be the reason. The sauce at VN is really good. So I would think the chix parm is too. I haven't had it at MMs in a bunch of years but I was not impressed when I did. I used salt :scared1: on it. A true Italian never salts the sauce;) I do love the steak at MMs tho!!

Agree on the chicken parm at Palo! At WDW definitely Il Mulino!!! The BEST! And agree that it was odd that VN serves potatoes with theirs, instead of spaghetti, even though I liked the potatoes ok.
