Each trip we like to try something new, and it seems like this trip we are missing some things we really wanted to do, like Toy Story Mania, the new monorail, and for me, the Anaheim Garden Walk. My DD's way of expressing disappointment is "Oh, Pickles..." (cute), so in her words for the Garden Walk to be pushed back is, "Oh, Pickles!"....
i'm really glad this is opening. if you are off site you must go to dtd for most resturants. now the shoe is on the other foot. we are at the ramada so this is a short walk for us. will be nice in nov everything should be open by then. i see more hotels and some timeshares.
Can you tell me what Roy's is?
I'm familiar with all the others...In Columbus (OH), we are a "test market", so we have all these other restaurants (except for Bubba Gump and we love it too from other locations)
They are awesome restaurants to have!

Roy's originated in Hawaii and has spawned multiple locations across the U.S. Assuming that the Anaheim location would be similar to the Newport Beach location you can expect lots of seafood and Asian inspired options. I've been to both Roy's on Maui and in Newport Beach and both were absolutely delicious. It's not cheap and probably not the ideal place to take children but would make for a great date location.
I had Mother's Day brunch at that Cheesecake Factory recently and it was great as usual. Do keep in mind it gets super packed, so allow yourselves some time to get a table. Great place for all tastes no matter how picky, for those of you that have eaten there you'll know the menu is like a book. Key Lime cheesecake=
We have a few in Kansas City and it's big portions...the food is ok in my opinion but the deserts are very good. They are huge as well but so are the prices.
It's good. They don't have a traditional kids menu (at our's at least) but they have several choices my kids would eat. Last time we were so stuffed we couldn't even get dessert, though.

Thank you, it looks very nice! Maybe not the place for after the parks with the kids, though....DH travels in this area for business, will definately suggest it to him. He loves sushi too.
Cheesecake Factory is good...long waits and VERY large portions, but my family likes it.
If you do go to Roy's, the chocolate souffle for dessert is out of this world. It's been years since I've had it, but oh the fantasies ... You must order it when you order your meal due to the prep time.
