Good luck today! I hope you get to to go Europe (even though I don't want anyone I care about to leave the US! ) Waiting is so stressful! I so wish you could just pack up and leave that job!!!

My son's department head picks their classes and makes their schedule for them. Not sure why My daughter wants to go to Paris. We all know that is not going to happen anytime soon. Can't drive to paris.

Thanks! I got the classes I want! I was up at 7 and got registered the moment the clock switched to 7:20. I then fell back asleep for almost 4 hours... The only bad part is that a friend and I were going to take all of our classes together but she has a later scheduling time and they're already full. Our school basically tells us exactly what our schedule needs to be but it's "survival of the fastest" for who gets it. The Europe trip is just a two week trip with my school that counts for a class where we go into different school systems and sight see. I find out if I get accepted around the 15th.

Good for you...at least that's done! Good luck on the Europe trip; sounds nice but I'm with Denise, don't know if I want any of my friends traveling overseas now.

I don't even think they read my resume. They had no clue where I worked or any job I had.

My boss had asked me during the summer if I would be interested in getting more hours. I told her yes but once summer is over. I asked if we could start in September and she said yes. Then she cuts the other part time girls hours. Maybe to give me more hours, not sure. So last month I asked her about it and she said she would check with the owner to see when I could start and told be what I would be doing which is what I do now but for other offices. So I find out this morning that she gave the extra hours and work I was going to be doing to the other part time girl. Nice of her to tell me. I am so done with this place.

Don't you just wish you could do as the country song says and tell them to "take this job and shove it"! I deal with an "overpowering" boss too on most days and sure does make for a stressful work day! I just keep thinking, "I'm doing this for another Disney trip; I'm doing this for another Disney trip...."! As for Paris...tell her to "dream on" or, as DH says, "find a rich boyfriend"!

I have to schedule classes tomorrow (at 7:20 AM) which is just about the most stressful thing ever, and I'm still waiting to see if I get accepted into this Europe trip I want to go on. Waiting is just stressing me out and the assignments piling on aren't helping.
