I know it's a store, the front is The Toy Soldier, the side which faces the park, is a fake row of 18th Century townhouses, this is the back side of that building complex. I will show my picture, then a picture of the townhouses, so you get an idea of what I mean. In the townhouses picture, it's all the way around the corner to the left side. If you are in the park, sitting on a bench in the back, you can see this. There is a public exit there from the store. So if this is what you mean, and sorry for not remembering Winnie the Pooh and Friends location, then you are correct!
