Sounds like you're set Annie...and yes, 30's is "cold" for Southerners. We're heading down into the 30's for tonight; Jeff...it was 68 when I went to bed with a partly cloudy sky. Hope Diane hasn't lost power...haven't "seen" her here yet this morning.

Crazy morning. School was delayed two hours not sure the point it was just as cold two hours later. It was so cold our garage door wouldn't open. Last night when I went to bed thermometer said it was -18. Not sure what it was this morning but DH said it was -10 in the garage. Car almost didn't start. It was so cold that just walking from my car into work hurt my face. The office was 49 degrees this morning.

-10 IN YOUR GARAGE? No wonder your car was slow starting! I can NOT believe your office is 49 ...hope you have layers of clothes on! That was kinda stupid delaying school...maybe the officials figured it would take that long to get your cars started! You need one of those stocking caps with the eye, nose & mouth holes ; that's CRAZY!

Once we turned on the heat and our space heaters it warmed up. Stupid boss has to realize when it's -18 you keep the heat turned up. DH actually has one of those hats with the holes.

I missed the part about the office being 49. The boss is not functioning on all cylinders.

I can't believe everyone keeps trying to function over there! Only a two hour delay for the schools? It's too cold for the kids to be outside!
