My interview went really well. The guy who interviewed me was super nice. It seems like a nice place to work but not quite sure about this position. He said that he would like the person he hires to get their adjusters license and I really have no desire to do that. Not sure why, it's an office job assisting the adjusters.
He seemed pretty strict on the hours being 8-4:30 and you work 8-4:30 with no flexability of leaving early if needed. There is another position open at the company in another department that think I would really like and want to apply for but not quite sure how that would look if I apply now. Maybe I should wait to hear an answer they should decide by the end of next week but I don't want wait that long and miss out.

Why not get your adjusters license? It would open up more jobs for you. But, the strict hours are probably more of a problem…. Why not apply for the other job? Tell them when you hear about it, you thought it might be a better fit for you? And you still have Home Depot!

(We spent almost $2,500 for DH to obtain pieces of paper that are sitting in a file.
) Hopefully you'll hear something by tomorrow and then you can make a decision...good luck!
