Where In The World and the Edge of 17

My interview went really well. The guy who interviewed me was super nice. It seems like a nice place to work but not quite sure about this position. He said that he would like the person he hires to get their adjusters license and I really have no desire to do that. Not sure why, it's an office job assisting the adjusters.:confused3 He seemed pretty strict on the hours being 8-4:30 and you work 8-4:30 with no flexability of leaving early if needed. There is another position open at the company in another department that think I would really like and want to apply for but not quite sure how that would look if I apply now. Maybe I should wait to hear an answer they should decide by the end of next week but I don't want wait that long and miss out.:confused3

This is from an attraction in the AK but, not from Dinoland.

Africa? Pangani Forest Trail? :tink:

This is from an attraction in Africa but not the Safari or the Pangani Forest Trail….

I'm glad your interview went well! :yay: Why not get your adjusters license? It would open up more jobs for you. But, the strict hours are probably more of a problem…. Why not apply for the other job? Tell them when you hear about it, you thought it might be a better fit for you? And you still have Home Depot! :)

No Sir...not from Pecos Bill's. :goodvibes :tink:

Do we know if it's from a shop, attraction or food service? Not a parade. Meet and greet?

Rafikis Planet Watch?

The strict hours would be more of a problem. At least now my boss is good about letting people leave early if needed and having days off if needed.

:yay: Sounds like it went well; no leaving early does suck though ... what if you have a doctors appointment? :confused3 As for the adjusters license ... another big "if". After DH lost the election, he obtained 3 new licenses for home inspection/building supervision. Did not help him ONE BIT in his search for a job in that field. He found different potential employers requiring different types of licenses. Insurance companies operate the same way. A good friend of ours started working for State Farm as an adjuster and THEN got the required certifications....and, as a bonus, State Farm paid for the training. :dance3: (We spent almost $2,500 for DH to obtain pieces of paper that are sitting in a file. :rolleyes1) Hopefully you'll hear something by tomorrow and then you can make a decision...good luck! :thumbsup2 :tink:

Well...the only other attraction listed is the Wildlife Express Train so I guess I'll go with that. Maybe the Depot? :tink:

The map I'm looking at has one more attraction in Africa besides the safari, forest trail and train/planet watch…..:scratchin

Country bears?

I know you said it was taken in Frontierland...is it by chance a hairnet from one of the opening dancers of the parade?

Parade question had not been asked and BINGO...Diane & Annie picked up on the "taken IN Frontierland" :thumbsup2...this is from the Festival of Fantasy Parade but it's not the opening dancers. Tell me which character/characters these ladies are with. :tink:

I have no clue on this one so I'll just name characters. Does it have anything to do with a Princess?
