Not sure what's been guessed yet. Canada? America? UK?

I'm trying to be a "detective" and won't list the countries NOT named yet ; so, I'll go with China.

Yes! It does have something to do w/Pirates of the Caribbean!! Very good! But, it's not on the ride and it's not in the World of Disney store or any other shop.

could it be from a resort? maybe caribbean beach resort?

Would it outside of the building. On the left side of the entrance there is a pole with a basket on top with a black flag. Is it on this pole?

well then my final guess is Canada in the back, where the rocks and waterfall is.

its the color that had me thinking different.. but i think the rocks in the back there are redish too
