What the heck is that? I don't even know where to begin. Park, resort or other? I'll start with Epcot? Maybe China?

It looks like coins on a cement pedestal to me. Like where people throw money into a fountain. Is it in DTD? I don't remember anyplace to throw money in the MK.

I saw this picture on another thread. I think Jeep is right about it's location, if the water tank is in catastrophe canyon. I've never been on that ride.
