That's a new one on me! I've never noticed this border at the Poly. We love Kona so we've never eaten at Ohana's and usually stay out of Wyland Galleries (keeping DGD's out of there is TOP priority )...or could it be Capt. Cook's (always looking at the menu and food in there!); don't recall it being in BouTiki but could be ... ????? Any of the above?

Well.... my DisCuz took the picture and one of my pet peeves with him is that he takes one small picture and not a bigger shot to show me where he was when he took the picture! But, as I remember we were upstairs in the main building. I don't think it was in a shop or restaurant. Maybe it was back by the art gallery?
