We love Kona so we've never eaten at Ohana's and usually stay out of Wyland Galleries (keeping DGD's out of there is TOP priority )...or could it be Capt. Well.... my DisCuz took the picture and one of my pet peeves with him is that he takes one small picture and not a bigger shot to show me where he was when he took the picture! But, as I remember we were upstairs in the main building. I don't think it was in a shop or restaurant. Maybe it was back by the art gallery?

Is your picture from the Great Ceremonial House? The elevator area? The 2nd floor gift shops? The Kona Island? I've never been in the Arcade...there? Tambu Lounge? Front Desk???? I'm baffled!

It is Tambu Lounge.

Facing the building it's to your left; looks like an entrance for CM's or maybe delivery. If I'm not mistaken, it's between Disney Quest and what will be Spilitsville. I hope I'm not telling you wrong; I am positive it's in that area. DD and I were visiting the shops when the gate caught my eye.

That explains my puzzlement ; it's probably 20 years since I've been in the Tambu Lounge!

...checked my list below; it's actually been 16 years! Both DD's had friends with them on that trip and were old enough to be "on their own". DH and I enjoyed a drink during the fireworks! Such good memories; it was a "1st" trip for both of DD's friends and watching their amazement was priceless!
