I don't think it's a monkey. I think it's a tree sloth. It was in the nocturnal room. I have never eaten at Pizza Safari but, I LOVE the artwork in there!

I think you are referring to the Columbia Harbour House. Oh how I used to love those Monte Cristos! Now you can only get them in Disneyland - so I'm going there! But, my picture is not from the Columbia Harbour House.
