Thanking God this morning for a "flip of the coin"! Allie's final decision on whether to attend Florida Tech or FLORIDA STATE was with the flip of a coin with Florida Tech being the winner! Had it gone the other way we'd be in a panic waiting for news on the shooting at FSU. Thoughts are with those students and their families this morning.

I heard about the shooting. I didn’t really hear any details. I follow the FSU softball team and Don said that all school activities were cancelled this weekend. The games were supposed to be on tv this weekend too. They don’t have many games televised on a channel we get.

Amorettes is the spot! I'll post picture and new crop when we get home. On the way to Taste of Texas (the Le Celler of Texas) to celebrate Allie's upcoming Hall of Fame induction. It's her all time favorite restaurant in HOUSTON but it's SO good!

It was YUMMY; Key Lime pie for dessert that tasted exactly like the one we had when Ed and Toni met us for lunch in West Palm Beach! Thanks on Allie; official announcement should be in weekly newspaper next week since the date of the ceremony is now only 2 weeks away. SO looking forward to seeing the former teammates that have RSVP'd that they're attending! Should be a fun evening!
