No Ma'am, not a birdhouse or piece of art; it's not in the Festival Center (they did have a really cute Mickey/Minnie topiary in front and the Center is in the WS between Canada and the UK) or the new playground. Have y'all seen the Moana construction area? I'm still trying to figure out exactly where it is; I think it's where the Dancing Fountains used to be. There were construction pictures posted taken from the monorail.
