This cute little statue sits in the beautiful landscaped area of JAPAN! I'm sure it has some type of "meaning" but I couldn't tell you what it is!

its called a Toro, its a concrete lantern. which illuminates pathways or gardens. there should be an opening under the top where a candle or light would be placed

my mom has one in her backyard
