NICE surprise this afternoon...

The mother of a Class of 2019, who was killed at the beginning of the last school year, donated a sign for EVERY member of the Class of 2020. She was out this afternoon, along with the Principal and a few "senior Mom's" putting all 160+ signs out!

That was awesome

Pretty cool, isn't it? Our school district is really working hard to give the seniors "something special" since they've missed out on so much. This evening they had a "parade". So many of the kids have been saying they miss their teachers so they planned for a parade this evening. Every teacher at the 4 schools in town gathered out front of their school and the parents "paraded" the kids by to see/wave/talk to the teachers. The high school principal asked the seniors to wear their caps and gowns! Treavor cleaned the back of his truck, put chairs in the back, tied balloons to the truck and Allie and her 2 best friends sat in the back, wearing their caps and gowns and waved at all their teachers. They had the BEST time!

Saw this afternoon that the orange garage at Disney Springs was opened today; that's the cast members parking area! Hope that's a sign of things to come!

Allie's friend woke up this morning to find this in her yard! Her neighbors decorated the lawn early this morning!
