Pretty cool, isn't it? Our school district is really working hard to give the seniors "something special" since they've missed out on so much. This evening they had a "parade". So many of the kids have been saying they miss their teachers so they planned for a parade this evening. Every teacher at the 4 schools in town gathered out front of their school and the parents "paraded" the kids by to see/wave/talk to the teachers. The high school principal asked the seniors to wear their caps and gowns! Treavor cleaned the back of his truck, put chairs in the back, tied balloons to the truck and Allie and her 2 best friends sat in the back, wearing their caps and gowns and waved at all their teachers. They had the BEST time!

That's cool too! Would be hard to do for us....WAY to many "rural students"! Some of the kids have an hours bus ride to get to school! Our 4 schools are all pretty close to one another so it worked out well....Sara said it a "small town's version of a traffic jam"!

most of it is centered around space ship earth and over by test track, once you walk around it the rest of the park is fine

It's SUCH a "mess" now; wasn't nearly that bad when we went in November but all those construction walls sure were an "eyesore". I think I'd have to use the International Gateway entrance to avoid that mess.
