Water heater not "doing well" either; SO tired of things breaking down!

that's another 1,000 increase in our taxes so they've basically doubled from three years ago.
It's the fountain right outside the "back doors" by the tall trees/bushes you pass on the way to the pool! Such a pretty area; I really want to stay at BLT again...LOVED IT THERE!
Sorry about your pool filter and water heater. I hear you with things breaking down it stinks. We just got a notice from the town that they reassessed all the properties and increased the value of ours by 31,000

Our school taxes are actually going down a little this year but the county is going up.

; the thingy "tripped" last night when I watered the grass close to it so DH got that fixed! As for the water heater...it has it's "good and bad days" 
. He ordered parts so hope it hangs on until they get here! (More later though...I'll PM after dinner.)

We always hate to wish ill on anyone else but I can't imagine the situation had that storm moved into West Palm Beach at a Cat 5; Terri would have "felt that" in middle Florida. The pictures from the Bahamas are heartbreaking. Still can't relax though...few more of those suckers still developing and, unless things have changed, there was at least one that could make it's way into the Gulf. Peak season over the next few weeks. We're in the midst of the hottest week of the year; suppose to break over a 100 year record tomorrow with a high temperature of 102. Right now the temperature is 98 with a heat index of 102 and later today that's suppose to get up to 108 and Ed...there is not a leaf moving on the trees here! 
In other words..."normal"
