This is in FW. :tink:
Is this from Figment?

You are a brave woman, lol. Bring plenty of sunscreen and make sure to drink plenty of water and take lots of breaks. I don't even go out in my own yard in July, the heat is just too much :faint:.

With kids in school it's the only time we can really go. Going to plan a December trip once they are all done with school. Last time we went it was in July from what I remember only a few days were really, really hot. We did mornings and went back to swim in the afternoon and then went back at night.

we have books like flights

Feb 28 -March 7

we used our points so it was free except for taxes less then 130$

we have direct flights to and from Orlando from Vancouver about 6 hours each way

and yes this will be a parents ONLY trip lol

my mom and Emily mom is going to take turn watching him for us.

I have not booked anything Disney yet I will probably tonight have to talk to Emily on what resort we want to stay at this time

I would just like everyone to look at my signature please :)

that is all

HOORAY...ya got it scheduled! Awesome...and SMART making it "parents only". James will have just as much fun staying home! Hope you and Emily get the resort you want and LOOKS GOOD seeing that countdown calendar! :tink:

That sounds like the perfect plan. I honestly think those that visit from up north handle the heat better than those of us who live in it all year long.

well as of today we can get just about any resort we want I made up a few mock packages on the Disney page

I don't want to stay at an all star resort. i don't want to deal with the crowds and stuff and i have see a few worse of Disney videos lately and most of the all stars on that list for either the pools or food.

right now its between
CB, FQ, and RS
i know CB is under refurbishment but really that does not matter to us they still have food option for breakfast and that's the only meal we will be eating at the resort anyways

the deluxes are too much for this trips budget lol i don't want to spend 400+ a night for a room i think that's just crazy lol

I've said it before and I stick to it but we had NO problems with the value resorts...absolutely none. We were there in December and the only day it seemed crowded was Sunday. A lot of new arrivals and a lot of people watching the Sunday Night Football at the bar. Never has an issue with noise in our room either. With that said, if I were you and Emily, I'd go with Riverside. :goodvibes :tink:

If I had to pick between the three I would go with POR. I really liked it. I looked at the values and moderate resorts but we would have to book two rooms and the AoA family suites was cheaper. For the value resorts a lot of people say POP is not as crowded as the All Star Resorts.

Had to make a quick visit to the after hours clinic this afternoon. :headache: Last night, when I stepped in the shower, it felt like I stepped on a small piece of glass on the outer edge of my foot. Inspected it and could find nothing and by then the "hurt" was gone. Bent down this morning to put my socks on and noticed bruising on the inside of my foot around the ankle. Looked closer and the ENTIRE top of my foot was bruised and the outer ankle swollen. :headache: It didn't hurt and I thought "what the he**!" Put ice on it 2-3 times today but still no pain. When DH got home a little before 4 he looked at it...and acted like if I didn't have it looked at immediately I'd DIE sometime tonight! :rolleyes1 Called our Clinic and my cousin answered the phone :yay:; she set me up for a 5 o'clock appointment with the after hours doctor. Told him the story...but DID add that I HAVE been working on Christmas decorating the last 2 weeks. He sent me to xray; no breaks but a little bit of swelling. His diagnoses..."overdoing the Christmas decorating"! :rotfl2: The nurse put an ACE bandage on and I made it home in time for dinner. Elevated and iced while I ate but I've had enough of that laying around...back to lights....:santa:. :tink:
