Where In The World 21. We are now completely legal!!!

.
POFQ is my favorite moderate. I hit 61 this February. So I am being cautious. Most everything here has some type closure or postponement going. I had a 5K, 10K and a 50K thru May. All will be rescheduled to a date in the future
Now the last trip you came down if you stayed with me in the parks late in the parks late that night, you would have seen it empty at 1 a.m. :lmao:
I was concerned about the elderly. Then I realized I was the elderly!

That's why my family is staying away from us and I MISS THEM! 🥴 Sara is self-isolating the entire family since they were in Vegas longer than we were. BUT...Treavor's mother, who came home with us...on the flight and we brought her back to Bellville...tested positive for the FLU yesterday! :faint: David went back to work but his office is large with only 3 people in it and when he's out in "the field" he can certainly keep the "social distance". I'm staying a little more isolated since I have asthma and allergies that make it difficult to breathe...and I'm even "more elderly" :lmao: than any of you! 🙄 Curbside grocery pickup; our church is not holding public services until at least Easter Sunday but will have online services; bank drive up window and now that my doctor/dentist appointments are done I can stay as isolated as I want. Now...if I could JUST get motivated to do the chores that need to be done....instead of spending more time on Disboards 😉...I could make good use of this time! ::yes::

As for the empty park...I'd have NEVER finished packing if I'd have stayed! 🤣 That 4 AM ME pickup was BRUTAL! 😖:tink:

It looks familar. HS?

We finally found a loaf of bread. Still haven't found toilet paper yet. Hope we find some soon our supply is running low.

party: Hooray! Amanda finally found sugar and flour too; she stopped by HEB early this morning...right after they opened. Are there any smaller grocery stores in your area? David said the smaller stores in the little town he works in have been pretty well stocked. :tink:

its hard to find good parking these days at work

For right now its business as usual until they decide other wise and we can work from home

Or at least I would work from my mom’s home because I cant work from home wit two kids lol

At least you can wash it in there without ever having to worry about your car turning into a block of ice. :rotfl2

Full service restaurant? Sci-Fi?

But not as familiar as you thought 😊; it's from a full service restaurant but not from HS so not Sci-Fi. :tink:

Our schools have extended the closure until at least April 6th :headache: as per order by Gov. Abbott! Going to push soccer back AGAIN! :headache::tink:

How are you and your family getting along with all this mess? :tink:

Doing ok. The post office will be one of the last places to close. Just go to work and do what I need to do in the office and come home and stay inside. When I go out to run it's more in an area where there's nobody out and around.

Keep on being "bad"; we need our laughs! You need to do your part as an American and post more of your "Princess pictures"...the more "grins" the better! :tink:

Did the board stop allowing you to post pics directly to their servers? I might have to send them to you and have you post them. I have all of the mile marker pictures from the February run

I caught up.

They don't know how long they're closing the schools down here. But I know it sucks for the seniors. I have to believe that they're going to make the graduations happen..

My heart is breaking for my baby girl 😭 and her classmates. I'm 99.9% sure our School Board will make it happen; may be June, July or August 😲 but everyone in our small town has a "stake" in the graduating class. My biggest concern is the abbreviated soccer season for her. She's at 192 career goals and she really, really WANTS that #200. UIL SAYS they'll finish the season for all spring sports but this extension today by Gov. Abbott has put a "squeeze" on the preliminary schedule they put out earlier in the week. We have an "open district date" on the schedule so we're okay with only 1 game left to play but the other teams in the run for a playoff position have two games left. IF they return to classes April 6th, they'll have to play those games that week; District Certification is currently set for April 11th with the first playoff game on Tuesday, April 14th and 2nd playoff game follows quickly on Saturday the 18th! District golf is also Tuesday, the 14th and Allie is involved in that also. She could make the 8 goals before our playoff run ends but it will be close. Realistically, I'm thinking we might have graduation moved to one of the first 2 weekends in June BUT...they have a trip to Disney World scheduled during that time and Katie has dance competitions that have been moved also. And that's if we can get things back to normal the first week of April! They'll also have to get Academic competitions in there somewhere as well as the prom which has already been postponed...was scheduled for next Saturday! Either way...it's going to be a C-r-A-z-Y few months!

Hope all goes well at the Post Office; our service has actually IMPROVED this week! 😁 Go figure....🙄. :tink:

"The post office will be one of the last places to close"........I hope it doesn't come to that! But I do worry about the mail carriers. My cousin, Jason, is a UPS driver and has to touch stuff and see people all day.....

And that's if we can get things back to normal the first week of April!

That's a big "if" You guys are always SO busy down there, it's going to be hard to reschedule everything once this is over. We are almost done with Week 1. The whole state of CA is on lockdown now! I'm going to town this morning for supplies. Hope I can get enough of what I need to get by. Other than that, it's been nice so far to be able to cancel everything and stay home and enjoy the spring.
