Where In The World 21. We are now completely legal!!!

OH NO!!!! What a mess! Thank goodness y'all weren't in Maine though! o_O That can happen SO fast! And sounds like it did since you'd been down there earlier! I can't imagine having to get all that water out and then try to dry things out! :crazy2: It didn't ruin your washer and dryer, did it? How do you ever get things dried out again??? I'm not quite as sore today but still taking the "happy pills". I'm extending the time between them and not hurting to bad by adding an extra couple of hours between pills. Mouth is still numb and still bleeding a little but quite a few stitches in there so guess that's to be expected. Only took 1 nap today so not as "groggy" thank goodness! GOOD LUCK getting your mess cleaned up!

No Ma'am, not from Epcot or HS. :tink:

MK Tomorrowland?

Finally got to bed around 3:00am. That's the first thing Don said was "Good thing we didn't go to Maine." I'm glad Nick went down to play video games or it may have been a lot worse who knows when we would have gone down next.

Wow...you did have a long night! I can't imagine what a MESS you'd have had if y'all hadn't discovered the water until this evening! o_O Sure hope nothing of value was ruined. We had a similar problem years and years ago in our garage during a heavy rainstorm. The rain ran over the curb, down our driveway and into our garage ; we were scrambling to get DH's construction tools off the garage floor AND "dammed" the area around the spare refrigerator in the garage. After the mess was cleaned up DH elevated the fridge on bricks in case it happened again. So far it hasn't but that fridge still sits on those brick! Hope you're getting repairs done and everything dried out. :tink:

I have no idea what damage was done. I don't think anything of value got ruined. The washer and dryer are on concrete slabs so they are not on the ground and Nick's TV is on a stand and he said none of the wires got wet. Some of Nick's hockey gear got wet, I have to have Steph check on her dorm stuff that was all down there. It was in plastic bins so I'm thinking it's ok.

Whew! Sounds like it wasn't to bad...except for the mess! Sure hope Steph's dorm stuff is okay...she may HAVE to have the new stuff she wanted! :rotfl2::tink:
