Where In The World #20

Well, we've got a mixture of snow, sleet, and freezing rain going on. I'm at work, because of course that's our company policy :headache: My manager did say she'd let me go first though since I live the farthest and she wants us going home while it's still daylight.

I did actually have things to do this morning, including one Disney trip that had to be moved because their flights were canceled. But now I've finished so I'm just killing time and trying to look productive.

Off to the clinic/hospital again to have more blood drawn...will be glad when this potassium thing gets straightened out :headache:...work on this while I'm gone:

I've had the Weather Channel on this morning and it looks AWFUL; have friends in Tennessee also who are already "housebound". Get home safely...lots of accidents because of the ice. What do you do, in the case of the Disney trip? Change the departure date ... what a headache! We ALMOST had that problem in 2008 with Hurricane Ike when we had to scramble to get an earlier flight out or we'd have been delayed 3 days since the Houston airports closed. DH arrived late Monday since he had to hang around and help with damage cleanup. Thinking about you; stay warm. :tink:

Luckily the clients were super nice and understanding, so we're going to move the dates of the whole trip. They'll go in April or May now

Why not? He's at DW. :rotfl:

I'm deciding if I want to put that party hat on or be reasonable, for once. :rolleyes1 The insurance representative at DH's place of work discovered an error in our monthly insurance payments over the last 2 years. They were charging us the "family coverage" amount instead of the "spouse" amount. We have a NICE refund coming our way. Now...do I want to "put that party hat" on and book a trip to DW? OR...do I have to be responsible, for once, and make a good payment on my "dentist" credit card? :rolleyes1 Damn dentist :sad2:...if it wouldn't be for her I would have a trip ticker up by now. :rolleyes1 :tink:

PUT ON THE PARTY HATparty:

You could always put half to the dentist and the other half to WDW.

Don't think I'm not tempted. :-) I was hoping to book something for DH's retirement after August but the more I think about it, the more I realize he'd MUCH RATHER go deep sea fishing and spend a week at the beach...and...it WOULD be for HIS retirement. So...maybe we should wait until you and your family are going so we can ride the balloon with you! :hyper2: :tink:
