Dole Whips are YUMMY. Tastes like pineapple soft serve ice cream. Very refreshing. I loved to get one when we were at the Poly and eat it on the beach while waiting for Wishes. Not sure I would like the pancakes, I don't really like macadamia nuts. Maybe if they could make them without the nuts. I did try the Tonga Toast at Kona. Did NOT like it Should have stuck to the regular french toast. Love the Poly

Tonga Toast is another big time favorite. I love macadamia nuts but if you're not a fan these pancakes are not for you. Already looking forward to our next Kona visit...DD has already decided she'd get the Tonga Toast and I'd get the pancakes...the "best of both worlds" for us! Dole Whip does sound like a very refreshing summer treat. Will have to give it some consideration.

This is from the People Mover. You all do like the People Mover, right? This is a very hard shot to get.

I'm ambivalent on the Dole pineapple whip. I am looking forward to the pancakes at the Kona!!!! But, I have to go to Disneyland to get a Monte Cristo sandwich. They used to sell the at the Columbia House. It's a turkey and cheese sandwich dipped in batter and deep fried. Dusted w/confectioners sugar and served w/raspberry preserves. Yummmmm

Oh WOW...that sandwich sounds delicious! (I wonder if they replaced it with that Tofu Burger at Columbia House? Brings a laugh to me, thinking about that Tofu Burger...let's just say Grandma Jane won't ever place an order again without wearing her glasses! ) Okay...yes, been on the People Mover but must have been asleep! Where in the world is that at?
