Good news on all fronts. Hopefully the meds will get him on the mend. Strange as it sounds, it may be allergy related....at least that would be a possibility down here in Texas with the change of seasons. Our entire family, at one time or another, have experienced the same symptoms with same results with an allergy diagnosis. That stuff can hit you hard. Doctors are trending to waiting on antibiotics until test results are in. I'm not that crazy about that line of thinking but I can understand. As a whole, the population is becoming more resistant to antibiotics and they're trying to reverse that trend. 
I'll start with Test Track?
