DH received the police report on our "accident"...guy was charged with DWI, open container, driving with suspended license and a couple of minor infractions...
On a brighter side...just saw the new Star Wars preview during halftime of Monday Night Football...COOL!

Correct...NO "vehicle theft" . DH is getting the report to insurance company tomorrow AND "preparing to battle" . Denise...we're not asking for a new truck; this is his work truck, belonged to my Mom and we took possession when we moved her "in the home" . Blue Book value is between $6,000-$7,000 so that won't come close to a "new" vehicle. New vehicle would be nice but we don't expect more than we're entitled too.

Correct...NO "vehicle theft" . DH is getting the report to insurance company tomorrow AND "preparing to battle" . Denise...we're not asking for a new truck; this is his work truck, belonged to my Mom and we took possession when we moved her "in the home" . Blue Book value is between $6,000-$7,000 so that won't come close to a "new" vehicle. New vehicle would be nice but we don't expect more than we're entitled too.

Don't forget all the damage to your property, her insurance will need to pay for that too.
