Safe trip...we have an hours drive to the tournament too tomorrow...could be worse.

After a 14 hour day we're finally back home finishing the evening watching a Texas A&M victory over Arizona State! Adding to the earlier VICTORY in the Championship Game for the 8th grade volleyball team! Wow...those girls really matured during the summer and played some top notch volleyball games . And the support of the parents was awesome. I can see some FUN times ahead for this group (the parents are crazier than the girls! )

From the first match at 9:30 this morning, during a time out...I can HEAR Redstorm telling her friend, "There goes my Mimi taking pictures of us again..." :

...and a good laugh leaving the gymnasium. We're following the traffic and notice the Bellville bus coming to a complete stop WAY before the stop light. Then we see why...an ALLIGATOR biting at the front tires!

He finally decides to "head back in the other direction..."
