I got the nicest card (and gift certificate ) in the mail today from my eye doctors receptionist. DGD visited their office in June and Brenda told us she was going to Disney World ... 1st trip, staying off site, no reservations, no fast passes, no plans...just showing up at the park. OKAY.... I told her I'd "send her some notes" and ended up with about 15 typed pages of "hints". Fast forward to today...her note said thank you, thank you, thank you. They LOVED it and couldn't have done it without my notes! They're already planning another trip to take their grandson...with help from DD and I. Chalk another one up as converted to a Disney nut like us.

Glad you were able to help her. Glad she took your advice, some people are clueless and just won't take any advice because they think they know it all. That was nice of her to send you a card and gift certificate.

I thought it was too. People just don't realize what they're "signing up for" when they decide to make their first trip to DW. They didn't even attempt some things...like sit down meals...because of my advice. She's PROMISED she'll get in touch with us to get her started on the next trip! (I'm sending you a PM with a "Denise update" shortly...DGD just arrived for the weekend...soccer has started and Redstorm's team is playing in the first tournament...minus the PRINCESS!)...will get it sent shortly.
