I went to look at the houses in Golden Oaks. They start at like 1.2 million. I bet there are a lot of extra fees too and they were all big like for families. It would be nice to live right there on Disney property

My co-worker and I decided forget winning the lottery--we're gonna sell the tickets. Did you know that here, the establishment that sells the winning ticket gets 10% of the winnings. So that's our plan: open a convenience store and sell the heck outta tickets!

I pulled the "mansion" up; covered the price and asked DH what he thought it costs...his guess...$180,000 ! He could NOT believe it...but I told him you get free health care! Seriously...that's a sin ... DD 4,000 + sq. ft. home costs under HALF what that house sells for!

Here in Texas too...there's a store in Brenham where a million dollar ticket was sold, probably 10 years ago, and they STILL have "Home of a Million Dollar Winner" painted on the front glass!

Well that was a little to close for comfort ...won with a field goal with 2 SECONDS left on the clock! 24-22, District Champions! The wind was HORRIBLE...25-30 mph with 35-40 mph gusts...and our reserved seats are on the top row of the stands! The poor young men carrying/running with the B-R-A-H-M-A-S flags could barely run against the wind! I made it until half-time when I went to the car to avoid the rainstorm that started just as the band left the field; we'd parked in a good spot so I could see most of the football field so I just stayed there! It only rained about 10 minutes but is scheduled to start again in about 30 minutes according to AccuWeather.
