That's Rapunzel's Tower. It's located in the area between the back of the Haunted Mansion and Small World. Denise has some pictures; I never made it there during daylight and totally forgot to take photos when we were saying our goodbyes to Ed and Princess & Family that night. It serves as a restroom area.
