This is from an attraction. :tink:

Epcot?

My dad offered me the chance to be the female chaperon on the seventh and eighth grade Washington DC trip and I just can't decide what to do.

Yes it is somewhere around the pool area.

Is this on the ground or on a sign?

Everyone should go to Washington, DC at least once!

You and Karolyn are really nice chaperoning kids!!! :scared:

:headache: I can "see" these feet but just can't picture the surroundings! :lmao: Do they lead to the steps to the top of the volcano? :tink:

Depends on how much you like to sleep! :lmao: If you're the "must have 9-10 hours of sleep a night" person~no...not going to happen while you're chaperoning! :rotfl2: The soccer trip will be our first experience with junior high kids; we're used to high school band trips and I can tell you they were FUN! (More than once the band director threatened to get "a chaperone for the chaperones"! :rotfl2:) :tink:

Have you ever been? If not, I would say go. Both my kids loved it. My daughter just went a few weeks ago. It was very long days and a lot of walking. Kind of like going to WDW.:rotfl: They left the hotel by 6:30 or 7:00every morning and didn't return until about 9:30 or 10:00 every night. She loved it and wants to go back.

This is on a sign. Not by the slide.

A sign in the pool area? "No running" or a designating a path to somewhere?

I have been before, and my dad is the group leader so I know there will be lots of walking lol. I told him I'd think about it. Thanks for the advice.

Not a no running sign or designation a path.

Yes I went to DC on my 8th grade class trip. I would like to go back someday and see other things I didn't get to see and things I did see but don't remember. :rotfl:

I lived there for most of my life (I think….I'd have to do the math :goodvibes) and there are still LOTS of things I haven't seen/done. I have my favorites (the Smithsonian on the mall and the Zoo and the restaurants!!! :rotfl:) and mostly just do what I know. I went to the National Christmas Tree on the ellipse last Christmas. I think DC is a nice city. My daughter lives in the MD suburbs and my cousin lives in the NoVA suburbs.

Does it relate to food or give directions or identify something? or a warning/rule?

I loved the Smithsonian. We didn't go to the zoo. DD was looking forward to going to the zoo the most but it rained so hard that day they closed the zoo. She was not happy. I don't think they went to the Smithsonian.:confused3 She was disappointed they didn't go to the Washington Monument they saw it but from a distance.
