Yes we are going to get the cold front too. I was already on my was up to Disney for dinner. The front has reached Disney so dinner trip has been put it off for a week and a half. A day or two ago it was not going to get here this quick. Geez now what am I going to do

Hope the Doritos and cookies are holding out and sure hope you have some warm coffee or hot chocolate...or at least WATER to help you "survive" the traffic jam! Thanks Goopy. I'm home, and didn't even have to break into the cookies. We actually had a very similar situation to Atlanta in 2005, so this was almost child's play compared to that.

Ed...the cooler temperatures sure are better than that sunburn from last week! We reached a "warm" 46 today but had clear skies after lunch and the sun felt REALLY good...for today. Suppose to be up to high 70's by the weekend.

Ed...the cooler temperatures sure are better than that sunburn from last week! We reached a "warm" 46 today but had clear skies after lunch and the sun felt REALLY good...for today. Suppose to be up to high 70's by the weekend.

It will feel better than that sunburn. This is not much of a "cold" front for us. It will only drop the temp 10 degrees. The high tomorrow is in the 70's

I am so bored. It's 11:00 and I am done all my work for the day. My boss came back from vacation today she has the flu and she came to work. She is always telling everyone if you are sick please stay home and here she comes to work with the flu. I really hope she doesn't get everyone sick.

That is really dumb. That reminds me of a supervisor in our building during the time that Anthrax was being reported in different places. Well we were getting safety talk after safety talk about what to do when a powder is found. leave it alone clear the area and notify the proper authorities.

Did that happen not even close. Supervisor pick the suspicious envelope up walks it to the other side of the building to get a plastic bag to put it in and puts it back where it was found. DUH

I left work two hours ago, riding with my coworker because my car doesn't have heat. We have not made it home yet. The good news is that work won't open until noon tomorrow, if at all. Forecast is for 7 inches.

But, we are stocked with doritos and girl scout cookies. We have that going for us.

Well I did make it mostly home. At my coworkers house until my dad comes to get me. Didn't have to break into our rations. But it's supposed to sleet tonight, and then snow again tomorrow. I am not amused

Why am I not surprised? Seems like when some are "elevated" to supervisor the "stupid sets in"! You remember me telling you about the unfriendly, "chip on his shoulder" guy we have to deal with in our local post office? I FINALLY "got him" today! Won't go into the details but sure was nice to see him "eating crow"! "A picture is worth a thousand word"...OH YES IT IS!

I liked them but then I LOVE "Jesus Christ Superstar"! What a performance! At least the American couple completed the first quad in pairs in competition!
