I'm pretty sure it is a window display and I'm guessing the clue is the reflection of the neon sign but I can't make out what it says. Mickeys of Hollywood? But I thought that was already guessed?

Was all in the timing! Came in to feed my doggies and was headed back out the door to finish up the 4,500 lights in the magnolia tree (which is done ) and just sat down a minute to rest!
