That was a lucky guess; had to go back to the book reading to DGD's! It's been way to many years since I've been on the Adventures of Winnie Pooh! Glad you went ahead and booked the trip; did you get the resort you were hoping for? You booked on the eve of the anniversary of Hurricane Sandy coming ashore in New Jersey (and keeping DizCuz grounded for a few days! ), so you were at DL the same time last year!

My ex mother-in-law died while my daughter was on her honeymoon and I was in DW We both begged her to come to the wedding. She said she was too sick to come. Guess she was right.

Janie was so full of life, I still can't get used to her being gone. She had a wild west life! One of the cool things she did was work at Disneyland back in the 50's! She worked with the horses and drove the stage coach with Walt sitting next to her!

The funeral is going to be in Riverside, CA which is an hour from DLR, so I couldn't resist running over there after the service on Sunday. I'm sure Janie would want me to go...

I have never stayed at the Disney hotel in California we always just stay across the street. I have been in all 3 of them but for the price I cant see staying in them since most of the hotels across the street are closer to the main gate if you walk lol
