Its in the World Showcase festival pavilion building at the Deserts & Champagne booth. The building is located right past Canada before the UK.

I'd also recommend getting there early in the day or on a weekday. The lines in there can get really long and that's after the line just to get in the building. 11am on a Wednesday, though, you can walk right up.
