Where in DL and DCA can we get refillable drinks?

I know you can refill a drink in Pizza Port but where are any other locations? I thought I read somewhere here on the boards about Coke corner???

Plaza Inn. Basically any of the buffetiera's where you fill your own beverage vs counter service where they fill it for you.

No, not at DLR.

Technically, the refills only count while you are eating at the restaurant. Taking one for the road is ok, too, but don't be coming back all day and refilling.

Or if you booked your trip through AAA they gave out free refillable mugs to be used at 4 locations! We got 3 mugs and did it help out, we don't drink much soda so we were able to fill it with hot cocca and tea on the cold mornings and evenings.

You had to book your vacation by January to get the mugs, but the mugs are good all year long. We used ours the past week and plan to use them again if I can get dh to go back!
