Where have you been stuck?

My wife and kids got stuck on Journey of the Little Mermaid. The Wife said that the same message kept playing over and over again from Sebastian about how "That Old Sea Witch" was causing trouble. I had a FP+ for Space Mountain at the same time as they had their's for Little Mermaid and was able to get on and off of SM, walk over to LM and still had to wait a good 15 minutes before they finally got off. I guess in retrospect we should have seen it coming since the ride had been shut down earlier in the day.

DD and I were stuck on IASW for about 30 minutes once. The song just kept playing over and over.....

We had this happen to us at Disneyland. DD and I, and my BFF&E and her DH. We were joking about how we could have ordered a pizza and had it delivered in the amount of time we were stuck and suddenly over the intercom we hear "Children of the World - you've worked hard enough. Take a break!", and all of the singing stopped. Could have used that a lot earlier. We were stuck about another 10 minutes before they got things moving again.

got stuck on the old test track, in the heat room, if you remember that room it was really hot... dont know exactly how long we were stuck but it was 7 minutes after i checked my phone and we had already been stopped a few minutes... it was horrible..

We had to walk off of BTMM once, and we have been stuck on HM, Buzz, and SE, but those always seem to have stops, perhaps to load and unload guests with mobility issues.

Here's my "stuck story":

My family and I got stuck in Disney World in 2004. Seriously. The day before we were supposed to leave, Hurricane Francis graced the World with her presence and it was an unforgettable experience to say the least. We tried to book an early flight but nothing was available. We ended up staying an extra 2 days in the lagoon view ground level room that we were in at the Poly, and I remember my dad almost having a breakdown at the "last minute" cost of staying additional nights. The entire resort went into a form of a "lockdown" where everything was practically closed and everyone was told to stay in their rooms. Of course as a 14 year old kid at the time I disregarded the directions and crept outside near the seven seas lagoon and all I remember is how WINDY it was. After being yelled at by my parents I went back inside only to find out that our room began to flood. I then got stuck playing Disney Monopoly with my younger brother for 6 hours. Good times.

This past early December, I got stuck on Big Thunder!!! My car was right near the top, so we all had to be rescued and walked off the ride. It was terribly exciting! This was my solo vacation, so the minute that I left the ride, I called my DH back at home and told him all about it. It was so exciting that it really made my day!

My first two adult trips with my husband: we never got stuck on anything at all.

Then I took my little cousin. We got stuck twice at the top of the hill on Everest-- and this was a sunny day in June, so it was hot up there! We also got stuck on Living with the Land, and then again on The Seas with Nemo. So strange. I blamed my cousin each time, naturally! ;)

Years ago (almost 15 years) I got stuck on IASW for 45 minutes, while happy to be sitting it did result in me not going back on that ride no matter how many times other's in my party choose to in future trips! More recently I got trapped on PoC and the People Mover, neither of which was more than a 10 minute trap

Stuck and walked off both Splash and RnRC. From Splash we watched MSEP with the CMs from a very unusual vantage point, then were walked out. RnRC was at the last brake run, after 25 minutes or so was walked backwards through the one large room to the launch point and out.

I was momentarily stuck on the Spaceship Earth ride. I liked the message that immediately came over the speakers.
Something to the effect of: "Your journey through time has been momentarily halted."

The worst place I've been stuck is going backwards on spaceship earth. This has happened to me a couple times and it gets very uncomfortable pretty quickly.

Same here. It wasn't all that long, but I don't enjoy the backwards part as it is such a steep tilt, and it freaked me out quite a lot.

We also got stopped on HM the very first time we rode, just as it tipped us backwards to descend. Not all that comfortable either.

I didn't mind being stopped on the People mover, though it nearly happened when I was inside Space Mountain, completely on my own in the carriage. That wouldn't have been so much fun!

Dh and I got stuck on the Indiana Jones ride at DLR. We say for about ten minutes and then the lights came on, and they started evacuating. Then we sat for 50 more minutes! We were very close to the disembark spot, so we were the last ones unloaded, which is fine. What is not fine was the CMs playing playing with the props and just goofing off while we were waiting. I asked one of them when we would be let out, and they screamed (rudely) that they were working as fast as they could. (and then went back to playing with their phones and taking selfies. (oh, did I mention they had the special ladder for unloading, right next to them?) we watched them play for about 30 minutes before they lazily walked 5 feet, got the ladder and let us out. By the time we exited the CM blocking the line was shocked, because everyone else has been unloaded 30 minutes prior!!

I got stuck on Pirates right by the dog that yelps/barks "pirates life for me". I think we were stuck for 15-20 minutes. I wanted to put a muzzle on that dog!!

I was stuck on spaceship earth on the backwards descent for about 15 minutes. That becomes uncomfortable reeeeeeally quick.
The worst though was Pirates a couple years ago. We were stuck right at the part where Jack Sparrow is hiding in the barrel behind the pirate that has a map and key. It was pretty annoying hearing the same loop over and over, but then after about 30 minutes, they shut off the voices, leaving the animatronics to just move with no sound. It was kinda creepy, I almost missed having the loop going.

I am extremely claustrophobic do I actually no longer ride any dark rides with an omnimover. The combination of a trapped small space and dark is too much for me.

On my honeymoon we got stuck on buzz in the space tunnel room about 15 minutes. My husband seriosuly thought I was going to jump out...I was having a serious panic attack.

Also stuck on monorail between Contemporary and mk. Again
..another panic attack. Dark, trapped, small space, height it had it all! I started worrying about air supply (I know, probably ridiculous. .but you are not thinking clear in panic attack!)

We now only take the ferry.

I do better stuck on rides outdoors or in open seats like pirates...I don't enjoy it but I handle it a tiny bit better.

So these rides are off my riding list.
Hm
Buzz
Seas with Nemo
Se
Peter pan

I'm not sure we've ever made it through PP without getting stuck. One time they had to turn the lights on. That really kills the experience. We were also stuck on PoC once too. Unfortunately it was just before the hill and there wasn't a whole lot to see. Plus, it was just before lunch and we were all starving! Probably sat there for 10 mins, but it felt like forever.

We were stuck on BTMRR a few weeks ago. We sat for about 10 minutes and than were helped out of the train to walk down the big hill through a door and out from under the ride. It was really strange seeing the ride from underneath.
