Where Excactly does Pal Mickey Work?

Ssshhhhh!!! My fiance's X-mas present of Pal Mickey just arrived from the Tampa outlet store, and I have a question.
I know Pal Mickey works in the parks, but what about outside of the parks? Does he go off on the monorail? At any of the hotels? DTD? What about on the DCL?
I'm just trying to plan where we're gonna be toating this thing around to.

He pretty much just works in the theme parks. He can tell jokes and play games outside the parks, but you have to prompt him to do that.
