Where exactly is...

Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe? I look for this everytime we go. I know when you look into the courtyard at the Norway Pavilion that on the right is where you park strollers and their Santa visits, staight ahead is where you enter Maelstrom, and on the left is the store you walk through when you exit the ride after the movie. We are not ones to stop and look since our youngest requires constant motion (we never see the movie), but each time we go I have my head on a swivel looking for it.

The entrance is directly across from the entrance to Akershus. Stand in front of Akershus' entrance, and look behind you.

If you stand at the entrance to the pavillion as a whole, it's the 1st door on the left. Just past it is the entrance to the gift shop you mentioned above. Kringala is a very small shop, you will often see the line outside the door. They do, however, have an outdoor (but covered) seating area that is a nice size.

And just past the outdoor covered area (between Norway and Mexico) is a big restroom, which is hard to see from the main Epcot path.
