Patty, not at all sure, but based on Pete's statement, it looks like a packet, info pickup. I think the reception part was cancelled. Someone from the committee will clarify I am sure.

Wed Dec 4th – Meet at Boardwalk (Courtyard) from 7pm – 9pm. Pick up pins, lanyards, scavenger hunt info, and a list of all mini-meets taking place

I think the Boardwalk meeting will be one big hugfest! It follows the get-together at Rose and Crown/British Invasion starting at 5. I plan to eat something while at Epcot...fish & chips, perhaps.

There are only TWO official events. The Illuminations party and the Murder Mystery dinner. The rest seem to be meetings to pick up stuff. I think Nancy is right, this will be a time to meet everyone in one place!!

Thanks everyone----I must be dense as fog. I've stayed at the BWV twice --passing the court yard on numerous ocassions I surely would have been lost with out all your help. See you all soon.
