Inside, to the right of the standby and fastpass entrance.
By the way, there is a single rider entrance that is not being used. When I inquired about it, the CM manning the fastpass entrance told me disney is about to take the single rider entrance out. I did not ask why.
Last Thursday night when we were using our fastpasses, the standby line was actually 3 hours long.

I think it was about 8:30 pm, just before Illuminations. We noticed that only one side or "concourse" as they call it, was operating when we were in line (even with fastpasses we waited something like 30-45 minutes) which seemed crazy to us. Why in the world with that many people waiting in line did they not open both sides????? It was EMH evening at Epcot so the darn thing was going to be open until midnight.
The standby line was shorter later. Maybe they finally opened both sides?
they even announced on a loud speaker how long the wait was since most probably people got in line seeing a shorter wait posted but it grew in the meantime.
It is an awesome ride though. Great concept, great ride, love it.
But I would not wait 3 hours for anything. I just don't have the patience or stamina.
