Now that it seems the Target 20% discount is a bust for Disney gift cards, lets start a thread of other places to buy them at a great deal. Meaning more than a 10% discount. Anyone?
Meijer is currently offering $15 coupons when you buy $100 in gift cards. The coupons cannot be used to buy more gift cards and are valid Dec 1-14. I am planning to buy a bunch today and use the coupons on groceries and other things.
I have a credit card which also gives me 4% cash back on all grocery store purchases, which includes Meijer. So I'm looking at 19% when all is said and done.
The only crappy thing is it limits the coupon to one per purchase, so I'm going to need multiple transactions of $100 each.
Is it one $15 coupon with a $100 purchase, so if you divide up your purchases, you can get more than one? Also, what about using the $15 coupon? Are there any restrictions on that? For example, if you have two $15 coupons, can you add them Together for a $30 purchase in one transaction?
Last year HEB did a $50 off $300 coupon. It was the first week of December. I bought several to pay for our June trip last year. It was nice. You have to get a coupon for each card. My HEB had plenty coupons and plenty cards. I have hope they will do that again. They normally do that twice per year.
