Usually New York & Company, Target, Walmart, Dots, JC Penny's, Boscov's, and H&M (and I have a ton of Disney shirts ^_^)... my fashion is an attempt at an artsy look... very eclectic.

Wow I'm pretty sure you couldn't have been any more stereotypical there if you tried . I wear preppy clothing and absolutely HATE rap and hip-hop, i much prefer listening to rock.

Okay...so I guess you won't like me very much. I wear preppy clothing and... yes I like rap and hip-hop. I also listen to r&b, oldies, country, rock... If I like a piece of clothing I'll buy it reguardless of the "style", I listen to music I like no matter what genre it is, and if people don't like me for that, so be it. Who you are isn't the clothes you wear or the music you listen to.

okay people, my appologies.....easy things like that trigger stuff to me....lol....the crowd of people that i'm around feel this way and it rubs off on me. we have a word for it....'poser.' but i really shouldnt be judging here. and in some cases clothing does reflect the genre of music somebody listens to, sometimes it doesn't. once again, in my case it does, so i feel differently about certain things when it comes down to it. and don't get the wrong impression here, i'm ABSOLUTELY NOT calling anybody a 'poser.'

Then how can you call others posers? Some people just want to be in fashion. Some people just like the colors on the preppy clothes. I don't know why, but some do. So how can you or your "crowd" judge others by what they wear? I just showed you an example of sterotyping by what I said above. I never said you were a poser, I just pointed out that it's a whole different meaning over here in Camp Hill. I just don't understand how those who don't fit the skating persona are automatically up for questioning of being a poser. Some who wear preppy clothes listen to rap, some listen to pop, but what they listen to or wear DOESN'T MAKE THEM who they are. Sure it may shape them, but just because they listen to rap doesn't mean I'm going to go up to a person and be like, "Omg you are like a poser because you listen to rap". I hate rap too, but am I anti it? No, because some people express who they are by writing rap or hip-hop or R&B lyrics. All I'm saying is that you shouldn't judge a person because of what clothes they wear.
