I am trying to figure out where to eat in Epcot for a late lunch early dinner. I was thinking maybe the character meal there, but it is closed Jan-April, so that wont work. Any suggestions of places you like would be really appreciated!
We had a decent lunch at the garden grille in August. It's served family style. Type of food has rotisserie chicken, fried catfish(yum!), salad, corn and potatoes if I remember correctly.
I believe Blaze12 is referring to the Land pavilion being closed during that time period. I read this earlier today in another post.
I suggest you check out your lunch/dinner options for Epcot at allearsnet.com.
This way you can see the menus and decide what you would like to try. There are many, many options to choose from.

Our favorite WS restaurant is Les Chefs de France. If GG was the restaurant you were wanting, then I agree Biergarten may be to your liking. It's buffet with entertainment. Enjoy
We just got back from Disney on Monday. We had dinner at Le Cellier in Canada. Best NY strip steak I have had in a long time. The breadsticks were so warm and soft. We ordered the appetizer salad of baby greens, pecans, blue cheese crumbles with shallot vinagrette dressing....so yummy. Daughters (twins) got the filet and it just melted in your mouth. Good Bernaise sauce too. No dessert because we always head over to the bakery in France for pastries. I had a glass of house Merlot. Total with tip was $101 which seem pricey but was worth every penny (besides we are on vacation). I would highly recommend Le Cellier.
Le Cellier and Rose and Crown...just love the casual atmosphere at Rose and Crown...and love the accents....fish and chips are very good.
Le Cellier has great food...I can't remember if you have children with you...younger children I'd do Rose & Crown or Teppanyaki...older children I'd do Le Cellier or Chefs de France...we're trying that one in January..but have not heard many negative reviews.
We love LeCellier and Rose and Crown, too. Our CP package is at Le Cellier in just a few weeks!
Another thing we enjoy is getting take out from the fish and chips window in the UK. We find a bench and sit and relax a bit. A nice place to sit is in the rose garden behind the shops.
