Where do you put your pins?

I'm new to pin trading/collecting and I'm curious, once you have pins, where do you keep them? When you are running around Disney do you have something special that you pin them on or is there some sort of standard thing everyone uses? Thanks for any info!

Walking around the parks, we keep pins on lanyards (of course) for trading. And I carry a few spares in case DS and DD "run out".

For DTD (Pin Traders) and trading events, we carry the pin trading bags (one for each of us). When we had back to our rooms, we put the new pins away for safekeeping.

So.. Lanyards for day trading with CMs, and the pin bags for the haggling...

For home display I use corkboards and frames cause I love to look at them

I used to use lanyards but now I have a mini pin book for my "keepers" I get at the parks and to hold my more valuable traders- My CM traders I keep in my backpack or pocket

I have some keeps in framed sets, also in zippered notebooks, stored safely.
I also wear special pin for special occasions. On one patriotic sunday at church, I even wore a patriotic lanyard with patriotic pins. I got alot of positive comments.people had no idea there were so many of these types of pins. They were very intrigued, it was fun to see their faces.

When trading at the parks, I have a cloth bag that I put pins I traded for in. Then I put them in book when I get home.

I keep mine in a disney pin trading back. You can get them on ebay,etc. or at the parks!

Thank you all for the info! I never realized how many pins there are and how nice they are! I think it will definetly be something fun for me and my girls to dabble with!
