Where do you pick up tickets for shows?

I made PS for the Luau and want to know where we pick up these tickets. I told WDWDINE we were staying at the Vistana resort but we switched to Marriott. Do they send tickets to your resort?

Also can you amke a PS for Beaches and Cream? It sound slike a nice casual place for lunch. Id also love to see the resort it's at but I keep reading how crowded it usually is. Do thye accept PS?

you can not make PS for beaches and cream. not sure about the tickets. maybe at the boxoffice at the poly; is there one there? it would not hurt to ask at your hotel if you can pick them up there.

If you are staying on site you can arrange for your resort to have 48 hrs before...I'd suggest this...otherwise you can pick them up at the show call window. Just be sure to be there 30-45 minutes prior!

You can pick up the tickets at any Disney Resort guest relations, not at a park guest relations. We just went last week. We stayed offsite, but are BWV DVC members and wanted to visit the resort, so we picked up our tickets there. It's really a printout of the information, not actual individual "tickets".

When I made reservations or PS for Spirit of Aloha they told me that there were no tickets to pick up. Just show up about 30 min. prior and that would be fine. Should I be picking tickets up somewhere?
