Where do you normally go to price out a trip?

Looking at going first week or 2 in December. I was just curious where you guys go to price out hotel/park tickets. I think we're going to use airline miles for 2 free tickets there.

I've looked at getawaytoday.com (pretty good prices from what I've seen)
Costco.com wasnt that cheap from what I saw.

Is there somewhere else that offers good deals?

I used Costco, b/c they had one character breakfast included, along with a $20 gift card (I've heard of bigger giftcards, but those people were staying more than 4 days on their package).

In the future, once our APs expire that is, I could see checking out getawaytoday, but I have heard that they have a $10 fee, so if the prices are really close, you have to make sure that you're looking at everything you get, figure out how much you value each thing (for instance, getawaytoday has 2 EEs with their parkhoppers... so if you are staying offsite (b/c staying ONsite allows you to partake in any EE days that happen during your stay) and you value that more than a character breakfast, then getawaytoday is the one for you. But if you are staying onsite and want a character b'fast, and the price is very very close, then Costco is the one for you.

By the way, both of those places (and AAA) book through WDTC, so the little perks are nearly the same (coupon for lanyard and pins, discounts, Mickey's ToonTown Morning Madness vouchers, etc) between each place.

We also ended up using Costco Travel - the character breakfast for us was a $100.00 savings almost! :cool1:
I also looked at Disney Travel Co., AAA and also at doing it all separately! Costco was by a fair amount the lowest cost, and the best *goodies*.
When going to WDW - I do it all independently because of the great discounts on rooms, etc., but at DL, a package was the best bet for us...
Good luck!

Costco was the best deal for us this year for our stay at the Paradise Pier (with the 4th night free promo, included character breakfast & $20 Disney gift card)!

We're also staying 2 nights at HOJO on the Entertainment card rate. Can't beat that!

Where DON'T I check?!?!? I KNOW for a fact I have a great rate at Hojo for next month, but I still scour all the sites making sure its the best deal. I just love getting the best possible price!
