Where do you go for minor illnesses

There is an CentraCare Urgent Care on CR535 across the street from The Crossroads. If you should need to go there and you don't have a car, the resort will call them and a free shuttle van will pick you up at your resort and take you back.

Yes, and here is more info
Centra Care, LBVII, 12500 S. Apopka Vineland, phone 407-934-2273
Also, if you need more serious care (they don't do iv's for dehydration at the urgent care, so they told us not to wait twice and sent us to the hospital) there is Celebration Health ER ar 400 Celebration Place, 407-303-4034
We found both places to be very caring. busy at times, just like at home.

From an insurance point of view (if you have health insurance).. I would call your insurance company and find out where the nearest urgent care center is to your hotel. Depending on what your benefits are, it might be cheaper to go to an In-Network UCC and pay for a taxi, then to go Out of network and have a free shuttle.

I got this awful throat illness when I was in WDW...it lasted for almost a month after getting sick on the 3rd day of my trip and I went to this first aid center in the Magic Kingdom(it's right near the entrance to the left, near a baby nursing center) to get medicine and cough drops....the lady who worked there was so sweet and helpful. Certainly thats not an "urgent care facility" but I just wanted to mention it:)
