Exactly. With twin DD4 Dumbo is it (especially to make sure of short lines). The carousel tries to provide a distraction so that is usually second.

On our first MK morning of the trip (usually at least 2 if not more mornings at MK) we watch the welcome show and head straight down Main Street, give a quick "Howdy doo Mayor!" (if he's out) pose for a pic infront of the castle (thank you photopass) and hit Fantasyland hard and fast. Dumbo, Peter Pan, Pooh, Teacups, Ariel (when she opens) Philarmagic, Snow White, Small World. About an hour in, one person in our group will head to Splash Mountian to get Fastpasses. By the time we finish up Fantasyland it's time to use our Splash Fastpasses.

We usually hit POC or Splash Mountain first.
By the way, i<3Disney I love what you wrote next to Disney Institute. I miss it too. It's a shame it's no longer around. I know...I know....SSR is there and blah blah blah, but I loved the Institute.

It's always straight down Main St. to ride Dumbo!!!

That's what we plan to do1 But I also want to do Buzz and POTC, Anyone have a game plan!!
