Where do you get wooden nickles at WDW ? WL ?

Where can you get wooden nickles at WDW ? Do they have a special pattern imprinted on them ?

Does the WL have them ? Where can I buy them - or do you have to 'earn' them at the Whispering Canyon Cafe ?
