They are not out yet, and they haven't told us yet how to get them.

Well today everything except the predicto meters and the costumes are out!

costumes arent out yet, everything else is though. well the predict-o-meter is won in host games, pretty easy to get today

There are no baseball outfits out right now. But, you do have the bases and the benches to buy in the Emporium.
